Firefighters came in today to tell us about their job.
They showed us their uniforms and explained that they were made of a special material to stop them catching fire.
They told us we must all check our smoke alarms and plan an exit route for everyone at home.
They reminded us of a special rule of fire safety. "In the event of a fire -
"GET OUT, STAY OUT and CALL THE FIRE BRIGADE OUT!"
